Thoughts become Things.....Choose the Good Ones.

This comes from The Tut Adventures Club at www.TUT.com.  Mike Dooley coined this term. I have a variation on it.

Thoughts become Things.....Choose the Ones you want.

This applies to your health, as well.  It's not that it is "in your head", but what is "in your head" can affect your health.

"A happy life is just a string of happy moments."

You can have a happy life by stringing together "happy moments".  You do this by making yourself focus on the positive aspects of life and making yourself find appreciation in all situations.  When you focus on appreciating the "Now" or the moment you are in, you are not thinking thoughts about what can happen in the future or what happened in the past.  You focus on joy, gratitude, and love for everything around you at that moment.  When you are appreciating the moment you are in, you are creating a "happy moment."  By stringing more of these happy moments together, you create and attract happy things and then you create and attract a happy life.

The Two Wolves

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.

He said, 'My son, the battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all.”

One is Dark. 
I
t is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, anxiety, worry, depression, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other is Light.
It is appreciation, gratitude, joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, acceptance, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.'

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: 'Which wolf wins?'

The old Cherokee simply replied,

 'The one you feed.'
